In accordance with article 13 of Italian Legislative decree no.196 dated 30 June 2003

1. Personal data

Personal data are collected by Idea Meeting Srl from the user at the time the personal data are provided in the appropriate fields in the web form.

2. Aims of treatment

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- fulfillment of obligations under the law, regulations or legislation;
- Idea Meeting Srl marketing and communication activities (by letter, telephone, advertising, automated communication systems, etc..) to which the user is entitled to give or deny consent. In particular, the processing performed by Idea Meeting Srl refers to personal information such as name, address, etc.. For these reasons, please do not tell Idea Meeting Srl sensitive information and / or judicial data.

5. Categories of persons to whom the information may be disclosed

To achieve the purposes described in paragraph 2, Idea Meeting Srl need to communicate your personal data to third parties, involved in the transmission, enveloping, transport and delivery of communications with the involved party.

Your personal information will also be released, if requested, to the Competent Authority on legal / legislative.

Data processed by Idea Meeting S.r.l. are not subject to distribution.

6. User Rights
